These terms are between you and Commish AI ("we", "us"). By adding Commish to a group chat, or by participating in a group chat it is part of, you agree to them.
Commish is an automated agent that participates in your fantasy football league's group text. It reads your league's public Sleeper data and the messages in that chat, and sends messages such as weekly recaps, injury alerts, and trade summaries.
Opt-in. A league commissioner adds the Commish number to a group chat. Presence in that group chat constitutes consent to receive messages in it.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help and contact information. You may also leave the group chat.
Frequency. Message frequency varies. In season, expect a small number of messages per week: a weekly recap, occasional alerts, and replies when the agent is addressed.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Carrier support. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device. We cannot guarantee delivery to every device or network.
Commish generates text automatically. We check statistical claims in recaps against your league's own data before sending, and hold back messages that fail that check, but we do not guarantee that everything it says is accurate. It is entertainment built on top of your league's statistics. Do not rely on it for anything that matters, including lineup decisions, trades, or anything involving money.
Nothing the agent says is a recommendation, a projection you should act on, or advice of any kind.
Nothing is charged today. There is no card on file, no payment processor connected, and nothing to refund. Pricing is listed on the pricing page and would be charged per league. We will ask before charging anyone, and the price for a season will not change during that season.
We try to keep the service running but do not promise any particular uptime. Features may change or be removed. Third-party services we depend on, such as Sleeper, messaging carriers, and our hosting and AI providers, may fail or change in ways outside our control.
You can stop at any time by removing the number from your group chat or contacting us. We may suspend or end service for a league that violates these terms, that attempts to abuse the agent, or where continuing would put our messaging access at risk.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost fantasy championships.
Commish is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the National Football League, or any team. Player names and statistics are factual information about public figures.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
