The short version. Commish reads your league's group chat so it can respond when addressed, and reads your Sleeper league so it can write about it. It stores phone numbers to tell managers apart. It does not sell your phone number, and it does not share your phone number or messages with third parties for their own marketing. Message content is sent to an AI provider to generate replies. We do not currently take payment at all. There is no card on file and no payment processor involved. If that changes we will say so here first, and card details would be handled by a payment provider rather than stored by us. We also never ask for your Sleeper password; Commish only reads data Sleeper already makes public.
We use these providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
League data and messages are kept while your league is active, because the agent's value depends on remembering past seasons. If you cancel or ask for deletion, we remove your league's data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Anything you write in a group chat is visible to everyone else in it, including the agent. The agent may quote or summarize league statistics in messages it sends to that same group. It does not repeat your messages to anyone outside the group.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers. Access to production data is limited to people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Commish is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has been added to a league, contact us at +17029549581 and we will remove the data.
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and notify active leagues in their group chat before the change takes effect.
